Steamed Asparagus

Ingredients (Serves 4)
450 gr. (1 pound)
Asparagus
1Tsp.
Balsamic vinegar from Modena
2 Tsp.
Salted fennel seeds
Sea salt to taste (advisable to freshly grind)
Preparation
Lay steamed asparagus while still very hot in serving plate.
Sprinkle fennels seeds, grind sea salt, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar from Modena.
Serve hot, or let cool and serve cold.

Comments
Freshly squeezed lemon or lime and EVOO, either flavored with your favorite aromatic herb or au-natural may be added to taste.
Spike Original Magic may be used instead of sea salt.
